

Instructions
*This is currently being built for our Summer and Fall cohorts. Videos and sample game will be released in the coming weeks.
1. Create a Turmoil of Trolls Character. Find the video at: Create a Character Tutorial

Assign a character Race and Name

Split 20 points between HP and MP (i.e. 10 and 10, 12 and 8, 6 and 14, etc.)

Roll a D-10 for Defense Stats or assign one manually (no higher than 9). Be careful about just choosing 9. Some cards can use it against you.

Take the following modifiers and assign them to a skill: 2, 1, 0, -1, -2. Character Races have extra stats that can be found here:

Upload any image you want.

Assign a skill name and description

Save the card. It'll be available as a PNG (These will be sample watermarked)
2. Create two of the following cards. Create Equipment and Spell Card Tutorial

3. Create a Background Card. Background Tutorials are here

4. Create a Base Card. Base Card Tutorial

5. Test out your hand with a PvP Battle and Adventure. A Dice Roller is built into the simulator. But if you'd like to explore how to make your own try our starter generator: Easy Dice Roller


Player vs Player Matchup
This is a sample hand that can be played manually. Save your samples as this start playing does NOT save to the data base. It resets upon reloading. Members can save their cards via the card maker. Rules are below the cards. Currently being built.

To Play PvP

Roll off against the opponent using the Athletics score. Highest Score wins

Players take turns either attacking, using their skill, using a spell or equipment. Boons from the Background card can be activated at any time during a turn but only once per encounter.

The goal is to get the opponent to Zero HP

Attacks are a 2 D-10 roll. Athletics modifiers on the card apply

1-5 Miss​

6-10 Half Damage (Round Down)

11-15 Hit
-
16-18 Add +2 to Damage
-
00 (Double Zero) add +5 to damage

Use the Strength Modifier to add to a 1d10 roll of damage plus the critical hit damage. If Half damage, add everything together first and then halve it.

Characters Defense Stat is subtracted from the damage. Defense does NOT regenerate. Once Defense is Chipped away, players take full damage.
