Game Ideas with the Misfit Adventure GPT

There are a lot of barriers for entry to making your own games. Fortunately this whole enterprise is set out to make it as easy as possible. Introducing Misfit Adventure GPT! https://chat.openai.com/g/g-H8pWtdAD6-misfit-adventure

With this link you can ask the GPT for game ideas and art generation to add in. This will be updated for as long as Open AI will let us. This GPT will be uploaded with any developing game information for you to use if you ever want to get ideas for your own adventure.

But if for whatever reason you want to make your own, no worries! Below is a quick guide to address how to do it yourself! Note to my knowledge this requires an active Open AI subscription.

Step One:

To the left hand side you will see Explore GPTs. Go ahead and click on that.

Once you have done that you will see to the far right of the page the create option. This is free and will bring you to the next page:

After you hit create you will be directed to the set up page. Here you can define via prompt how you want your GPT to function and upload any relevant documents. In the case of Misfit Adventure, the background for the game and some characters are described and loaded so the GPT gives us answers to game ideas and game design help along with limited programming.

Once you are ready all you have to do is hit save. It will give you the option of how to publish. You can choose to only allow those with a link or you can make it so it is open to the public.

And there you have it! Your own GPT. Now all that's left is to use and enjoy.
